This was my first visit and I was not disappointed at all. From the receptionist to the Dr. Everyone was so polite. The ambiance too was relaxing & welcoming. My issue was diagnosed & medication was prescribed, which I purchased from the in-house pharmacy & it was much cheaper than outside.

I have visited him specifically for my skin and scalp issue which were severe and I have seen a decent improvement since then. What I truly like is the process of treatment.. they have top class facility with very courteous staff and most importantly Dr Pratik will really listen to your concern and understand the nuances. Most importantly he does not suggest extreme meds or treatment in the first go… he will always suggest simple measures and small steps for a permanent and longterm solution… he tracks the improvement and only then moves to the next stage of the treatment. I would really recommend him to others but please trust the process for a permanent solution.
